Houston Real EstateFrom the time your listing goes live, the sales process can be extremely nerve-racking.  We aim to ease your nerves by keeping open lines of communication.

We will follow up on showings and pass on feedback.  When an offer comes in, we will sit down with you and discuss it and whether it is acceptable or, if not, how we want to counter.  We will help steer the contract negotiations and get you the best possible deal.

Once the contract is accepted, we will help drive the closing.  We will stay on top of the buyer’s mortgage status, make sure title is open and ready for closing, and keep you abreast of updates as they occur.  We will be there at closing to make sure everything goes smoothly and notify you of loan funding.

Our goal is simple.  We want you to look back at the sale of your home and look at it as a good experience.  We want you to be comfortable referring us to friends and family without worrying about it coming back to bite you.  We want to be your Realtors for life.
