For the last week, I’ve been cooped up working on curriculum for our new agent training program. Now it’s time to party. This weekend’s challenge is to plan a dinner party.
There are two rules to planning a successful dinner party. The first is that you can’t do it for any other reason than relationship building. It’s not a business opportunity. That brings us to the second rule. You can’t invite the usual suspects. You already hang out with those people on a regular basis. Bring in some new blood. Mix it up. Invite one person or couple from different spheres of influence in your life. Doing so will keep it interesting, help bridge friendships, and guarantee good conversation.
Have a great weekend, y’all.
